GOD & TAP SHOES
Hebrews 11:6 (NIV)
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

If you’ve ever watched someone tap dance, you know the amazing and intricate steps they do to create the rhythmic tapping. If you weren’t actually seeing it, you wouldn’t believe it could be done.

Believing in God is the complete reverse of that. We cannot see Him; yet we’ve witnessed the miracles of his existence. We cannot hear Him; yet we’ve heard the symphonies of many of his creations. We cannot smell Him; yet we’ve breathed deeply the Heavenly scents of the garden of life sowed by Him. We cannot touch Him; yet we are touched in so many ways by Him.
We believe in that which we cannot physically see, hear, smell, or touch. That is faith.

GOD & PUMPS

Hebrews 10:23-25 (The Message)

So let's do it—full of belief, confident that we're presentable inside and out. Let's keep a firm grip on the promises that keep us going. He always keeps his word. Let's see how inventive we can be in encouraging love and helping out, not avoiding worshiping together as some do but spurring each other on, especially as we see the big Day approaching.

Are you an encourager?
Do you find yourself pumping people up?
Everyone needs to be encouraged at one time or another. It is important to give it as well as receive it. Encourage others with your words and deeds – that is pleasing to God!
