GOD & RAIN BOOTS
Joshua 1:9 (NIV)
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.

There are times when life just stinks. Low times … times of great sorrow and loss …. times of hardship and worry. But through it all, God is with you. Take comfort that God is holding your hand as you navigate the dark storms of life … you are never without Him.

... and if we are patient we might just see how God can use the struggles of life to make us stronger and to help comfort others who might go through something similar. This alone reminds me that I can praise God and thank Him for everything - even the tough times!

This life is a difficult test. But we can still find joy. When we learn to lean on our Savior instead of trying to do it all ourselves, we can survive whatever is thrown at us and come out of it a better person. On the grand scheme of things, our afflictions only last a moment. But if we endure them well, great is our reward!
