GOD & BLUE SUEDE SHOES
1 Peter 2:9 (NIV)
But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
How many pairs blue suede shoes have YOU owned? Likely none – because they are different, rare, hard-to-find. Likewise, Christians are called to be different. In order to live the Christian life, we must think and behave in a manner consistent with Christian principles. This sets us apart from other people; but our behaviors and actions may lead another to Christ. This is one of our responsibilities as Christians: to witness to others so that they might learn the miracle of Christ.
